LPN in Home Health (FT)

At Home Health, our primary goal is to help individuals stay in their own home as long as possible. We are looking for an LPN to provide routine care, observe client’s health, help them with their medication, and communicate with the medical team.

Responsibilities

• Working independently in the client’s home under supervision of RN
• Wound care
• Assessments 
• Works closely with Home Health RN to ensure needs are anticipated and met

Qualifications

• Valid Wyoming State License
• Exceptional knowledge of medical terminology and processes
• Has and maintains BLS and ACLS Certification
• Strong written and oral communication skills
