Nursing Home/Manor

Around the Clock Care

Our exceptional team of RN’s, LPN’s and Certified Nurse Aides provide around-the-clock nursing care for our residents.

Meals, created by a Registered Dietitian, are served by NSA’s, Nutritional Support Aides, in our spacious dining room. A Certified Activities Director curates a monthly calendar filled with a variety of activities including music, art, current events, staycation, baking, gathering over coffee, outings to the Senior Center and trips to Deadwood just to name just a few.

Social Services is actively involved in advocating resident rights and keeping communication open with the residents and their families.

Our Facility

Weston County Manor is a Medicare and Medicaid-certified long-term care facility with 58 beds, including private and semi-private rooms and a Special Care Unit. We take pride in offering a warm, personalized environment where residents receive holistic care tailored to their needs.

Our interdisciplinary team—consisting of physicians, nurses, nutritionists, restorative staff, and activities coordinators—works together to address not just the physical health of our residents but also their social, recreational, and spiritual well-being.

Life at Weston County Manor

Our activities team brings joy to daily life with a wide variety of engaging experiences such as crafting, gardening, BINGO, and games. Residents also look forward to monthly Staycations and exciting excursions during the warmer months, including fishing trips, visits to Deadwood, Bear Country, and more.
