Transportation C.N.A. (PRN)

Weston County Health Services (WCHS) is looking for a CNA to perform resident transportation duties for resident appointments.  Our Long-Term Care center is home to 58 residents who routinely have medical related appointments both in town and out of town.  The Transportation CNA may also support our Activities Department by driving residents to fun events outside the facility.  This CNA will drive our facility minivan or our small bus and accompany residents to appointments or events.  A current Wyoming Driver’s License and a good driving record are required.  A CDL is NOT required for this position.  You must be comfortable driving in all conditions year round.
