Is it time to thaw your Thanksgiving turkey? If you’re thawing it in the refrigerator, allow about 24 hours for each 4 to 5 pounds. To prevent juices from getting on other food, place the turkey in a container when thawing in the fridge. bit.ly/2OSgp9o See MoreSee Less

WCHS’s Lifeline program is provided to the residents of ALL Weston County. It helps to provide safety and increased dependence for our most at risk residents. Donations go to help subsides those who may not be able to afford it on their own. Services are never denied based on one’s ability to pay. 70 Weston County residents currently have Lifeline installed in their homes.

“I enjoy the feeling of security that having a Lifeline provides. It makes me feel more secure and I could use it if I needed to. My family feels a relief in knowing that I have it and I believe it is an important thing to have.”
